The WLB Group has been providing services for the 7,500 acre Rancho Vistoso since 1985. Initial work included planning, zoning, utility master planning, as well as civil design, survey, and landscape design and construction services. Ongoing work includes residential subdivisions, high tech research and development facilities; commercial and retail centers; as well as golf courses, parks, and trails. Notable project include Sun City, Stone Canyon, Innovation Park, and Rancho Vistoso Boulevard.
